BACKSTAGE includes welcome cocktail or glass of cava.
Platea VIP includes a bottle of cava (20cl) or glass + photo.
If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled event, there is no cancellation fee.
If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund

The entire venue is non-smoking
Event schedule: from Wednesday to Sunday.
We recommend to be there at least 30 minutes before the show. Duration: 2 acts of 45 minutes each with 20 minute interval.
How do I Make the reservation?

Choose the number of attendees, the date, the time and the other details. If you are group of 3 or more, additional dropdown list with available gifts will popup. When ready, click the button BOOK NOW
On the next page confirm your selected events and click the button CONFIRM
On the following screen fill your personal data in the form and do not forget to tell us the hotel where you will be staying during your stay in Tenerife so we can organize your transport pickup/dropoff and bring your gifts(if any)
Choose the payment method you are going to use and complete the process
Finally, you will receive an email with the reservation, where you will have all the details of your excursion
Second email from us will contain your trip Voucher
Print it OR use the electonic voucher and show it to the tour guide at the pick-up point, and at the entry point of the event.
If any question raised before, during or after the excursion, you can call/text/watsapp/viber or email us at any time between 08:00 and 22:00H 7 days a week.

Can I make a phone reservation?
Yes, you can make a last-minute booking by phone, or ask us if there are places available to make a trip on a date that is not in the booking calendar of our website.
Is it possible to travel with a wheelchair?
It is not possible to use a wheelchair whilst onboard our catamarans, therefore it is very important to have some mobility to board our catamarans.

Where should I wait for the bus?
If you require a bus transfer once you have booked, you will receive detailed information about your pick-up/drop-off
What do I need to bring?
Not much, remember our trips are all inclusive. We do suggest you bring appropriate clothing and sun cream, towel and your sense of fun.
