Journey up to the El Teide National Park with time to take photos at the famous Los Roques de Garcia and admire the views of Mount Teide and the surroundings.
On this excursion there is not sufficient time to take the Cable Car, if you are interested in doing this then opt for Teide ½ Day excursion.
Descending through the magnificent pine forest and onto the plateau of the Volcano with its moon like landscape where films like (Planet of the Apes and Clash of the Titans) have been filmed here, then on through the fabulous Orotava Valley to Icod Los Vinos famous for its wines and its Drago tree known for its mystical powers, moving on to Garachico a local town destroyed in the volcanic eruption of 1706 where you can observe typical Canarian architecture and the unique lava pools.
Continue enjoying beautiful scenery and breathtraking views en route to Masca is our next location with only around 120 inhabitants it was home to the pirates who stole their contraband here, from the ships from Columbia. Lastly we pass by Los Gigantes with its giant majestic cliffs and stunning views to return to the hotels.. Enjoy.

We took this tour to see the major sights on the island that seemed to be a bit difficult to see on our own. We were right ! The Tour Operator, KanariTours, provided a mini-coach with a guide who spoke to us in both English and Dutch. He was fantastic, as was the driver who gave us confidence as we traversed the island’s winding roads – many of them looking very difficult and dangerous ! – to reach first the dormant volcano Teide; then the impressive Masca Valley. WOW!! There were ample stops on the way, for rest-rooms, leg-stretching, refreshments and scenery enjoyment. And as for the guide’s running commentary, well it was just fabulous: informative, entertaining and interactive. We cannot recommend this trip more highly….. Book-up and Go, Go, Go !
Excellent tour, the pickup was clear and on time. it takes you to all the places you have to see. Masca is beautiful! enough time on every stop. the only thing is that the guide explains everything in 3 languages and it takes time.
